Shipping

How long does shipping take?

For EU, UK and US orders, we aim to ship within 5-7 business days. Personalized items may take up to 10 days. Other countries may take a few extra days. To make sure your orders arrive before Christmas, please order by Dec. 14!

How much does shipping cost?

Again, it depends on your location. We offer free delivery for jewellery items in the UK and EU. See our shipping cost table here.

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after ordering. You are responsible for paying the return postage. Personalized items are un-refundable. You can find our return address and policy here.

Gifts and Personalization

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately not at this time. However, all our jewellery comes in a beautiful gift bag or box.

Can you send my gift directly to the recipient?

Of course! Simply enter their address as delivery address at checkout.

How do I personalize an item?

All items that are customizable display an input field above the add-to-cart button. Enter your personalization there, and make sure to check your spelling! We will print/engrave your item exactly the way you enter it.
